We respect your privacy. If you feel that we are not following the privacy policy featured below, please contact us. Note: all payments and donations are processed using PayPal.

For each new visitor to our web site, our web site server does not automatically recognise information regarding the domain or email address.

We collect the email addresses of those who communicate with us via email, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit and we also collect the information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and site registrations.

The information we collect is used to improve the content of our web site and also to notify consumers about updates to our web site, but it is not shared with other organisations for commercial purposes.

If you do not want to receive communications from us, please contact us. If you supply us with your postal address or telephone number, you will only receive information for which you provided us with these details.

From time to time, we may use member information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy policy. If our information practices change at some time in the future, we will contact you before we use your data for these new purposes to notify you of the policy change and to provide you with the ability to opt out of these new uses where you may prevent your information from being used for purposes other than those for which it was originally collected by contacting us.

Upon request, we will provide site visitors with access to all details, including proprietary information, that we maintain about them, including unique identifier information (such as member number and password) and contact information (for example, name, email address, mailing address and phone number). Consumers can access this information and have this information corrected by contacting us. There is no charge for this service.
